Tales From The Garden

Today being Sunday, 14th April 2013, I thought I would get out and visit Kincraig Lake at Bispham, but of course the inevitable weekend rain descended and therefore decided that I would stay indoors, at least for the morning anyway.

At approximately 1000 hours I looked out of the front window and spotted what I think is a Goldfinch sitting on the telephone wires across the road.

 This Common Gull was perched on top of Norcross

Blackbirds appeared both in the hedgerow and on the fence.

Robin

Was very pleased also to capture the beautiful Robin which appeared onto the fencing from the hedgerow.

Woodpigeon

 Also  appearing for the first time was the Woodpigeon in all its splendour as seen below.

Of course todays blog would not be complete from the garden without the obligatory shot of the House Sparrows in the hedgerow.
